There is nothing like a summer cocktail to feel refreshed on a hot day. Rounding up cocktail favorites for Summer 2021!
1. CLASSIC MARGARITA WITH A TWIST
We recently visited Lake Tahoe to see my best friend and her sweet little family. They introduced me to my new favorite drink and I am usually not a big fan of Margaritas. It’s not too sweet and who doesn’t love George Clooney? The guy knows Tequila. The Tajin gives it a nice kick!
- 1 Part Casamigos Tequila
- 2 Parts AgaLima Organic Margarita Mix
- Half an Orange Squeezed
- SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE
- Rimmed Rocks Glass: Use the squeezed orange to rim the rocks glass and dip with a mix of Tajin
- Top with a fresh sliced orange (see image above)
2. ICE POPS & CHAMPS
One of the most fun places to explore was Champagne, France. Yes, it’s actually called Champagne and it’s where dreams are made. Picture being surrounded by bottles of Champagne larger than yourself, if you have never been its a must! Champagne never gets old. Bubbly always feels celebratory and summer is a reason to celebrate.
Champagne can be dressed up with frozen berries, sugar or ice pops! For a summer treat that is extra refreshing try a classic glass with your favorite fruit popsicle. I recommend wide and with a stick for easy access. Get Creative and make your own with these great molds.
How To: Pour bubbly in an oversized wine glass and drop a fresh fruit ice pop on the top- That’s it!

In Champagne, France touring Moet & Chandon Champagne Cellars, a must do!
3. SUMMER BERRY SMASH
Summer means all the fruit options, I love berries! Berries make beautiful shades of pink for a colorful cocktail.
- 1 part Vodka
- 2 Parts Pellegrino
- Squeeze half a lime
- Muddle a handful of berries and add ice
- SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE
- You can drain the liquid to prevent muddled parts or pour completely over fresh ice if you love extra crushed berries
- Garnish: Fresh raspberries, blueberries or blackberries (or all!) and a sprig of mint
Enjoy entertaining all summer long! Comment below which one you will try this summer.
